DIC MISSION CRITICAL is an independent commissioning authority for data centers and mission-critical facilities. We verify that critical infrastructure performs exactly as it was designed to.
Our commissioning managers and engineers act as the independent link between those who build a facility and those who run it. We follow every system from the first design review through integrated systems testing to the final evidence pack, so nothing reaches handover unchecked.

- Level 1 – Factory testing: witness factory acceptance tests before equipment ships
- Level 2 – Installation checks: verify every installation on site against the design
- Level 3 – Startup: energize, start up and check each system
- Level 4 – Functional testing: test the performance of each system under load
- Level 5 – Integrated systems testing: prove the whole facility works together, including under failure scenarios
