Electrical Commissioning Engineer

As Electrical Commissioning Engineer, you verify and test the electrical systems of data centers in the Paris region, from factory tests to integrated systems testing. You work on site alongside the commissioning manager, contractors and equipment vendors.

• Review electrical designs, single-line diagrams and test procedures

• Witness factory acceptance tests of switchgear, transformers, UPS and generators

• Carry out installation checks, startup and functional tests on MV/LV power systems

• Take part in load bank testing and integrated systems testing

• Record checklists, test results and issues in CxAlloy and follow them up until they are closed

• Apply strict safety rules for energization, isolation and lockout

• Engineering degree or technical diploma in electrical engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in electrical commissioning, testing or startup, ideally on data centers or other critical facilities

• Good knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, transfer switches and power monitoring (EPMS)

• Ability to read single-line diagrams and protection settings

• French required, good working English
